We have team bonding activities every 6 weeks with the whole team. The loser from the previous activity has to organize a surprise activity for the next one. We've had a pub quiz, an escape room, handball, and other activities. Heads up- our team is competitive!
At Brave Ones, we believe hard work drives growth. That's why we require our full-time roles to work 40 hours per week.
