That’s where Brave Ones can help! We connect asylum seekers who are eligible to work with English-speaking job opportunities, helping you earn an income, gain experience in the Dutch labour market and take an important step towards building a stable future in the Netherlands.

But how does Brave Ones work?

You apply

On our website, you can find our open opportunities on your current city and you can apply to any that you fit the requirements.

But make sure you are located in NL, with a valid visa/BSN, and have a residence. At Brave Ones we provide work opportunities without housing.

Bo will contact you and our recruiter will schedule an Interview with you

Bo is our super smart AI Recruiter, she will send you a message on Whatsapp (make sure when you apply you add your Whatsapp number on your application!) and she will do some previous screening questions with you, just so we can know you better! 

This way, our Recruiters can work faster and better to match you with the best opportunity for you!

Now that we know more about you, our Recruiter will reach out for some final questions and schedule an interview with you.

Our interviews are online and take around 30 minutes. Make sure to be prepared and ready, as this is an important step for us to know if you're a good candidate for the job!

Interview with the Company

Now that you had your interview with us and we gave the green light, it's time for the final step. 

Your interview with the company you will be working for!
This time, you go to the place you will be working at and there you meet your future manager and more of the work you'll be doing, and if they think it's a match...

You're hired!

Send your Documents and wait for your first day!

You've been hired!


And now it's time for us to gather your documents and start the contract process so you can start as soon as possible! This is the easiest part for you, once you send everything we need you can just sit and relax while we do all the hard work for you!
