What Bo CANNOT Do

  • Screening or judging 
    Bo doesn’t screen or evaluate you, that is something we believe should always be done by real people. Our human recruiters take care of that part with experience and care.
  • Matching jobs 
    Bo doesn’t match you to roles, that’s still the job of our human recruiters. They're the ones who make the call. 
  • Answering random questions 
    Bo won’t answer general or off-topic questions. Bo keeps it focused on your application, that’s where Bo shines.
