Now that you've completed your interview with us and received the green light, it's time for the final step: your interview with the company you'll be working for. You'll visit your future workplace, meet your manager, and get a feel for the job and the team. If it's a match, you're hired! We'll collect the remaining documents, prepare your contract, and get everything ready so you can start as soon as possible.

No. Once you have received an asylum residence permit, you are free to work in the Netherlands. Your employer does not need to apply for a TWV for you.
Your residence document shows your employment status. The back should state “Arbeid vrij toegestaan. TWV niet vereist”, meaning that you are free to work and a work permit is not required.
There is no specific immigration-related restriction on the number of hours you can work because of your asylum residence permit. You can apply for part-time or full-time employment.
You should be able to provide valid identification, your BSN and your valid residence document showing that you are allowed to work. Additional information may be requested during your employment onboarding.
An asylum seeker is still waiting for a decision on their asylum application and can only work under specific conditions, including a TWV arranged by the employer. A status holder has received an asylum residence permit and is free to work without a TWV.
