Flexible Part-Time Warehouse Employee Parcels

As a Warehouse Employee, you'll work at one of three sorting belts, sorting parcels quickly and accurately together with your team. Around 4 other students work alongside you every day, so you'll be part of a social team from day one. Your tasks include: 

• Sorting, lifting and moving parcels.  

• Placing parcels in the correct area.  

• Processing the daily volume together with your team.  

• Keeping your workplace clean and organised.  

This is a physical, fast-paced job with standard shifts Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 15:00, making it easy to combine with classes and studying. You work a minimum of 2 weekday shifts per week. Monday is the busiest day, so if you're available on Mondays, even better.  Planning is easy through an app on your phone. Enter your availability for the following week by Wednesday and receive your confirmed shifts by Friday at the latest. 

Want to work more? Perform well and you can get longer shifts, for example from 10:30 to 16:00. Have fewer classes or simply want to work more during certain weeks? No problem, just increase your availability in the app. More hours are especially available during the November and December peak period. 

We're looking for students who are reliable, accurate and ready to roll up their sleeves. You need to be available at least until mid-December, but this can easily become a long-term student job. If you like it and want to stay throughout your studies, even better. 

Our client is a fast-growing logistics scale-up based in Woerden, using technology and innovation to make parcel logistics smarter and more efficient. 

The warehouse is easy to reach from Utrecht: just 15 minutes by train from Utrecht Central to Woerden Station, followed by around 5 minutes by bike. Brave Ones helps you set up both your train travel and Swapfiets for the commute.

• You live in Utrecht or nearby and can start soon.

• You speak English or Dutch.

• You're available for at least 2 shifts per week, Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 15:00.

• You're available until at least mid-December 2026, preferably longer.

• You're reliable, physically fit and able to work quickly and accurately. 

• You are willing to commute by train from Utrecht to Woerden. From Woerden Station, you will need a bike to travel to the company.

Your hourly wage depends on your age:  
21+ years: €14.99 gross per hour 
20 years: €11.99 gross per hour 
19 years: €8.99 gross per hour 
18 years: €7.50 gross per hour
