The company is based in Utrecht and one of the largest distributor of IT supplies in Europe. They distribute leading European brands exclusively to resellers, office supplies retailers, purchasing organizations and retail and web shop companies specializing in IT and office supplies.

Your tasks will include:

• Installation & Configuration: Installing software on computers.

• Hardware Modifications: Placing extra parts.

• Data Security: Certified erasure of devices.

• Administration: Processing orders, serial numbers, and status updates in the system.

Next to technical work, you will also be involved in various logistical tasks, such as:

• Removing packaging

• Placing Asset tags on the products.

• Making Bundles

Job description

Together with your team, you are responsible for executing various activities on the floor that add value to products and services. This isn't just about moving boxes; it involves administrative processing, quality control, and technical handling of hardware such as computers and phones.

Your daily tasks are diverse: you will be upgrading laptops by installing extra RAM, SSDs, or video cards, and performing certified data wipes. You will also handle specific technical tasks.

The company is looking for people who are communicative, proactive, and have a sharp eye for detail. You spot deviations immediately and report them to your coordinator.

Job requirements

• You are accurate, reliable, stress-resistant during peak moments, and a true team player.

• You have basic technical knowledge (understanding hardware components and simple software installations).

• having a technical background is an advantage.

• Living Nieuwegein/Utrecht.

• You are available as soon as possible.

• You are proactive, reliable, and a team player.

• Comfortable with physical work.

• Strong drive for customer service and a keen attention to detail.

• Available for at least 6 months

• Flexibility in terms of availability

• Available to work at least one shift every week.

Hours & salary

The work shifts are from 06:30 to 15:00 or 07:30 – 16:00. You are expected to work at least 1 shifts per week.

Gross salary : 
21+: €14.71 per hour 
20: €12.70 per hour 
19: €11.31 per hour 
18: €10.58 per hour

Allowances: You will receive €0,23 travel reimbursement per kilometer.

Additional information

You will go through 3 rounds of the application process:

• Round 1: CV Screening.

• Round 2: Online Interview with Brave Ones.

• Round 3: Offline tour in groups + Interview with supervisor.

A VOG is required. Brave Ones arranges the application and reimburses the €33.85 fee on the first payslip.
