You’ll join a family-owned company with an open, informal, and international atmosphere. Together with Dutch staff and students from around the world, you’ll enjoy a diverse, supportive team where everyone helps each other succeed.
As a Part-time Packaging Employee, you’ll work on a conveyor belt and help prepare flowers and plants for transport. Your main tasks include:
Placing flowers and plants into crates, boxes, and transport packaging.
Making sure each item is positioned correctly and safely for shipment.
Moving filled crates and boxes onto larger carts so they can be transported through the warehouse.
Keeping your section of the conveyor belt clean, organised, and running smoothly.
The work is steady, structured and easy to learn, making it ideal to combine with your studies. You’ll work together with a mix of Dutchies and other international students in a supportive team environment.
Start as soon as possible.
Available for at least 6 months, longer is even better.
Work 16-24 hours per week, the more, the better.
Shift times are from 08:00 - 16:00
Able to work every Monday and either the Wednesday or Friday each the week.
Physically active, you’ll walk several kilometers per shift.
Preferably above the height of 1.65m due to the height of the carts
Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated.
Living in Leiden.
Shift times are from 08:00 - 16:00
Hourly wage:
- 20 or older: €14.71
- 19: €13.89
- 18: €12.43
- Sundays and public Holiday days 200%
Allowances:
€0.23/km travel reimbursement (maximum 30 km one-way).
We’ll help you arrange a Swapfiets (e-)bike for an easy commute.
You will go through three rounds in the application process:
- Round 1: Review of your availability and motivation.
- Round 2: Online interview with Brave Ones.
- Round 3: On-site company presentation and tour.
