Job description

As an Inventory Counter, you’ll be responsible for checking and counting the stock of flowers and plants in a cooled warehouse (around 7 °C). You’ll work in a small, friendly team to accurately record product quantities and make sure all inventory data is correct. You’ll also report any damaged or irregular items and help keep the process running smoothly and efficiently.

This is an evening position, ideal for those who prefer working later in the day. You’ll be working indoors 3 to 5 days per week, depending on your availability. Shifts run from 20:30 to 00:00, Monday to Friday. Please note that own transportation is required, as public transport does not operate at that time.

Job requirements

  • Start as soon as possible.

  • Available for at least 6 months, longer is even better.

  • Work 10.5-17.5 hours per week, the more, the better.

  • Able to work at least 3 evenings shifts per week.

  • Physically active, you’ll walk several kilometers per shift.

  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated.

  • Living in or around Leiden.

  • Own transportation required, as no public transport available after midnight.

Hours & salary

Hourly wage: 
- 20 or older: €14.46
- 19: €13.49
- 18: €12.07

- Sundays and public Holiday days 200%

Allowances: 

  • €0.23/km travel reimbursement (maximum 30 km one-way). 

  • We’ll help you arrange a Swapfiets (e-)bike for an easy commute.

You will go through three rounds in the application process:
