Job description

As a Full-Time Order Picker, you’ll prepare customer orders by collecting and checking flowers and plants, making sure everything is in perfect condition for transport. You’ll work indoors in a cooled warehouse (around 7°C), where teamwork, accuracy, and efficiency are key. This role is perfect for gap year or search year students looking for a full-time position (32-40 hours per week) in an international, dynamic environment. 

The company is looking for motivated people to join the team Monday to Friday, with shifts between 08:00 and 17:00. Standard shifts are 8 hours, and availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays is especially important, as these are the busiest days.

Job requirements

  • Start as soon as possible.

  • Available for at least 6 months, longer is even better.

  • Work 32-40 hours per week, the more, the better.

  • Able to work at least two of the peak days (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday).

  • Physically active, you’ll walk several kilometers per shift.

  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated.

  • Living in Leiden, The Hague, or Delft.

Hours & salary

Hourly wage: 
- 20 or older: €14.46
- 19: €13.49
- 18: €12.07

- Sundays and public Holiday days 200%

Allowances: 

  • €0.23/km travel reimbursement (maximum 30 km one-way). 

  • We’ll help you arrange a Swapfiets (e-)bike for an easy commute.
