Job description

As a Part-time Order Picker, you’ll prepare customer orders by collecting and checking flowers and plants, ensuring everything is in perfect condition for transport. You’ll work indoors in a cooled warehouse (around 7°C) with a focus on teamwork, accuracy, and efficiency. 

The company operates 7 days a week, with shifts between 08:00 and 17:00. Standard shifts are 8 hours, but 4-6 hour shifts are possible if needed. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are the busiest days, so you should be available at least one or two of these days each week. 

Job requirements

  • Start as soon as possible.

  • Available for at least 6 months, longer is even better.

  • Work 12-16 hours per week, the more, the better.

  • Able to work at least one of the peak days (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday).

  • Physically active, you’ll walk several kilometers per shift.

  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated.

  • Living in Leiden, The Hague, or Delft. 

Hours & salary

Hourly wage: 
- 20 or older: €14.46
- 19: €13.49
- 18: €12.07

- Sundays and public Holiday days 200%

Allowances: 

  • €0.23/km travel reimbursement (maximum 30 km one-way). 

  • We’ll help you arrange a Swapfiets (e-)bike for an easy commute.

You will go through three rounds in the application process:
