Summer Job Delivery Assistent

As a Delivery Assistent, you support the driver with preparing and completing the daily delivery route. Your working day starts between 05:00 and 07:00 at the company location.

At the beginning of your shift, you discuss the route with the driver and load the truck together. Once everything is ready, you leave to deliver fresh products to customers such as hotels, restaurants, cafeterias and cafés.

During the route, you help unload the products and make sure every order is delivered to the correct customer on time. Because you regularly meet customers, it is important that you are friendly, helpful and professional.

After completing the route, you return to the company location. Your working day usually finishes between 14:00 and 16:00.

This is an active and physical position where you work closely with the driver. No two days are exactly the same, as you visit different customers and locations during every route.

The company is a large Dutch food wholesaler that supplies fresh products to customers in the hospitality industry. Every day, orders are prepared and delivered to hotels, restaurants, cafés and other businesses throughout the Netherlands.

You will work in a professional and practical environment where teamwork, customer service and reliability are important.

• You are available for at least 32 hours per week until the end of August. The longer the better.
• You are physically fit and comfortable lifting and carrying products.
• You are friendly, reliable and customer focused.
• You are ready to do a hands on job.
• You enjoy working together with a colleague.
• You are available to start between 05:00 and 07:00.
• You are available to work on Saturdays.
• You speak sufficient English or Dutch.
• You take responsibility and represent the company professionally when visiting customers.
• You live in or near Eindhoven. 

21 or 21+: €14.99 per hour 
20: €12.56 per hour 
19: €10.43 per hour 
18: €8.00 per hour 

You will get travel cost reimbursement (€0.19/km) when the travel distance is more than 10 km

The application process consists of four rounds:

• Round 1: Screening and availability check
• Round 2: Online interview with Brave Ones
• Round 3: On-site interview and company tour
• Round 4: Unpaid trial shift to assess the fit from both sides
