As a car wash employee in Nijmegen, your main role is to deliver outstanding service and create memorable experiences for customers, with a positive attitude being key. You'll also guarantee that every vehicle is left sparkling.

Main responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience.
• Car Cleaning: Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning to ensure every vehicle looks its best.
• Product Knowledge: Inform customers about the services and products that are offered and personalized recommendations.
• Flexibility: Adapt to varying hours within the operating schedule from 08:00 to 20:00. 
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive work environment while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
• Troubleshooting minor problems.

• You are proactive, reliable, and a team player.
• Comfortable with physical work.
• Strong drive for customer service and a keen attention to detail.
• Available for at least 6 months the longer the better.
• Available to work at least 28 per week and during the summer full-time.
• Flexibility in terms of availability
• Available to work during the weekend.
• You don't mind talking with customers and selling subscriptions. 
• Living in Nijmegen/Arnhem.
• This position involves a variety of rotating tasks. Your work will alternate between the car wash, cleaning the inside of the car, and helping customers at the cash register.

The company operates from 08:00-20:00. You are expected to work at least 28 hours per week.

Your salary will be €14,99 per hour, regardless of age.

Allowances:

If you work more than 38 hours in a week you will receive overtime pay:

• The first 4 hours over 38 you will be compensated at 125%
• Any additional hours beyond that you will be paid at 150%.

 You will get 0.25 travel cost reimbursement when the travel distance is more than 10 km.
