Job description

As a Full-time order controller, you’ll work in the flower and plant logistics department and make sure orders are controlled correctly for transport. Your main tasks include:

  • Check orders if every product is in there.

  • Working with a handheld scanner to register items, check order accuracy, and track products.

  • Making sure every carts is controlled, secure, and ready for shipment.

The work is structured, easy to learn. You’ll collaborate with Dutch colleagues and other international students in a supportive and friendly team environment.

Job requirements

  • Start at the end of April.

  • Available for at least 6 months, longer is even better.

  • Work 32-40 hours per week, the more, the better.

  • Shift times are from 08:00/09:00 - 16:00/17:00 and 11:00/12:00 - 17:00

  • Able to work at least 4 days during the week.

  • Preferably above the height of 1.65m due to the height of the carts

  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated.

  • Living in Leiden.

Hours & salary

Shift times are from 07:00 - 16:00/17:00 and 11:00 - 17:00

Hourly wage: 
- 20 or older: €14.71
- 19: €13.89
- 18: €12.43

- Sundays and public Holiday days 200%

Allowances: 

  • €0.23/km travel reimbursement (maximum 30 km one-way). 

  • We’ll help you arrange a Swapfiets (e-)bike for an easy commute.

You will go through three rounds in the application process:
