Job description

The company is looking for 1 or 2 motivated individuals to assist with completing a project focused on the translation of work instructions from Dutch to English. This role is essential for making sure that not only all Dutch speaking staff, but also English speaking staff have access to proper manuals about their role in the bakery. And therefore know how to tackle challenges in the workplace with machines etc. You will work closely with your team members, sharing ideas to improve work documents and coming up with solutions. You have by-weekly meetings with the technical manager to provide updates about the progress. You can do this role part-time next to your studies, as the company is really flexible in the work hours. You’re more than welcome to work up to 40 hours per week in the summer holiday to speed up the project, the more you can work the better.

Job requirements

  • You are available as soon as possible. 

  • Fluent in Dutch & English. 

  • Technical affinity to understand and work with technical materials. 

  • A solution-orientated mindset with a strong drive to implement new ideas. 

  • Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and the ability to work independently.  

  • Available to work at least 6 months. So you’re not only able to kickstart, but also finish the project.

  • Available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week, and at least 2 days per week. If you can work more in summer, that's also great!

  • Living in or around Arnhem or Nijmegen.

Hours & salary

Flexible scheduling is available, but it's important to maintain good communication with your colleagues to ensure you can collaborate at least once a week. The technical manager is on-site Monday through Friday until 2:00 PM. 

Salary: 

18+:              €17.04 per hour  

Allowances: 

You will get €0.23 travel cost reimbursement from 10 km onwards, when the travel distance is more than 10 km.

You will go through 3 rounds of application process: 

  • Round 1: CV Screening. 

  • Round 2: Online Interview with Brave Ones. 

  • Round 3: Offline Interview with the Technical Manager.
