Full -Time Warehouse Employee E-commerce Company

As a Warehouse Employee, you'll play an important role in one of the Netherlands' fastest-growing e-commerce companies. Together with your colleagues, you'll ensure that thousands of customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. No logistics experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know from day one.Your tasks include:

• Picking customer orders using a handheld scanner.
• Packing customer orders safely and preparing them for shipment.
• Receiving and checking incoming goods.
• Sorting products and replenishing warehouse stock.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised.
• Working together with your team to achieve daily targets.

The warehouse operates seven days a week with different shift options. To make this clear, the shifts are divided into weekday and weekend options:

Weekday shifts

• Day shift: 08:00 to 16:30.
• Intermediate shift: 10:30 to 19:00.
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 to 23:30.
• Evening shift: 17:00 to 23:30.

Weekend shifts

• Saturday shift: 08:00 to 16:30.
• Sunday shift: 13:30 to 22:30.

We offer flexible scheduling that fits around your studies.

• Choose to work 4 to 5 shifts per week.
• Receive your schedule 2 to 3 weeks in advance.
• Share at least 6 available shifts each week.
• The more available you are, the more hours you can work.

This is a long-term opportunity. We're looking for people who are available until at least 18 December, although the longer you're available, the better. Candidates who perform well and remain available after December will have the opportunity to receive a direct contract with our client.

You'll work in a clean, well-organised warehouse alongside a young international team, including 10+ internationals. Teamwork, reliability and personal growth are highly valued. • You live in Nijmegen or nearby and can start as soon as possible.
• You speak English or Dutch.
• You're available to work at least 32-40 hours per week. Until at least 18 December. The longer you're available, the better.
• Available for at least one evening shift per week.
• You're reliable, motivated and show up when you're scheduled.
• You enjoy physical work, work accurately and don't mind being on your feet throughout your shift.
• Experience in logistics is a plus but not required.
• The warehouse is easily accessible by public transport. If you prefer to travel by e-bike, the warehouse is also just a 20-minute e-bike ride from Nijmegen Central Station, and we can help you arrange a Swapfiets e-bike if needed. Your travel reimbursement can be used to cover the monthly subscription costs.

• Earn up to €23.18 gross per hour, including shift allowances. Paid weekly.
• Starting salary based on your age:
  21 years and older: €15.45 gross per hour
  20 years: €12.36 gross per hour
  19 years: €9.27 gross per hour
  18 years: €7.73 gross per hour
• 125% pay on Saturdays and 150% pay on Sundays.
• Flexible working hours from 16 hours per week.
