Warehouse Employee Container Unloading

as a warehouse employees you are required to support the unloading and processing of incoming containers. This is physically intensive work within a facility where medically related goods are handled. Working accurately and following established procedures is essential.

• Manually unloaded from containers.
• Sorted according to article number and batch/lot number.
• Stacked and secured properly on pallets.
• Inspected for visible damage, with any damaged items separated in line with internal guidelines.

Box weights range from approximately 5 to 13 kg. Tasks are carried out in an organized warehouse environment where safety standards and structured working methods are strictly applied.

The temperature inside the warehouse remains between 18°C and 21°C.

• You are available as soon as possible.
• You are proactive, reliable, and a team player.
• Comfortable with physical work.
• Careful and accurate way of working.
• Available for at least 6 months and can work 16-40 hours per week.
• Flexibility in terms of availability
• Living in or near Tilburg.

Working hours
Shifts are generally scheduled between 
08:00 - 12:00 
or 
08:00 - 14:00.
In some cases, the starting time may be 07:00 depending on operational planning. 
During peak periods, work can occasionally be scheduled on Saturdays.

Hourly wage: 

• 21 or older: €14.98
• 20 : €12.21
• 19: €10.60
• 18: €9.27

- Sundays and public Holiday days 200%

Allowances:

• €0.23/km travel reimbursement.
• We’ll help you arrange a Swapfiets (e-)bike for an easy commute.

You will go through three rounds in the application process:

• Round 1: Review of your availability and motivation.
• Round 2: Online interview with Brave Ones.
• Round 3: On-site interview and company tour.
