Evening shift: Order-picker Warehouse employee

As a warehouse employee in Utrecht, you will be responsible for collecting and preparing orders using voice-picking technology. You will rotate between tasks such as order picking, where you collect items to complete customer orders, and forming, where you organize and assemble the orders. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that all orders are assembled on time and correctly. While working the evening or night shifts, you will ensure orders are processed accurately and on time while keeping the warehouse clean and organized. This role involves working in a cold environment, with temperatures ranging from +7°C to -25°C. You will be provided with warm clothes. This position offers long-term opportunities in a team-oriented setting, with allowances for night shifts and cold working conditions. You contribute to the perfect running of the logistics process and help the drivers to leave for the customers on time.

• You are proactive, reliable, and accurate
• Available for at least 6 months and can work 16-24 hours per week
• Available to work on Fridays and Sundays, and the possibility of working another day during the week.
• Comfortable working in cold environments, from +7°C to -25°C (warm clothes provided)
• Willingness to perform physical work, including lifting and moving heavy goods.
• You are flexible regarding working hours 
• You are available as soon as possible
• You are living in Utrecht

The evening shift working hours: 17:00 to 01:15 

Your salary: 
21 or 21+: €14.23 per hour
20:            €13.13 per hour
19:            €11.75  per hour
18:            €10.36 per hour

Allowances:

You receive an additional allowance of €1.26 per hour for working in environments between 0°C and -18°C, and €0.55 per hour for working in environments between 0°C and +7°C.

50% allowance if you work between 00:00-04:00
25% allowance if you work between 04:00-06:00
25%-50% allowance (depending on the day you work) if you work between 19:00-22:00
50% allowance if you work between 22:00 to 24:00
100% allowance if you work on Sunday
150-200% allowance if you work on Saturdays (depending on the times)

You will get travel cost reimbursement when the travel distance is more than 10 km
