You’ll join a family-owned company with an open, informal, and international atmosphere. Together with Dutch staff and students from around the world, you’ll enjoy a diverse, supportive team where everyone helps each other succeed.
As a part-Time Order Picker, you’ll prepare customer orders by collecting and checking flowers and plants, making sure everything is in perfect condition for transport. You’ll work indoors in a cooled warehouse (around 7°C), where teamwork, accuracy, and efficiency are key. This role is perfect for students looking for a part-time position (8-16 hours per week) in an international, dynamic environment.
The company is looking for motivated people to join the team Monday to Friday, with shifts between 08:00 and 17:00. The standard shifts are 8 hours, and availability on Mondays is especially important, as this is the busiest day.
Start as soon as possible.
Available for at least 6 months, longer is even better.
Work 8-16 hours per week, the more, the better.
Able to work every Monday and one other day during the week.
Physically active, you’ll walk several kilometers per shift.
Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated.
Living in Leiden, or Delft.
Hourly wage:
- 20 or older: €14.46
- 19: €13.49
- 18: €12.07
- Sundays and public Holiday days 200%
Allowances:
€0.23/km travel reimbursement (maximum 30 km one-way).

You will go through three rounds in the application process:
